Q: How can I purchase tickets online?
A: To purchase tickets using in-town.ro you must have an account created (this can be done here).
Q: How can I pay for my tickets?
A: You can pay the tickets online with any type of card issued under VISA or MasterCard logo, which is registered in the 3DSecure system.
Q: How do I know if the transaction was done?
A: You will receive a confirmation regarding the approval of the transaction by email.
Q: How do I get the tickets?
A: After completing the order, the tickets are sent by email.
Q: Can tickets be picked up from your premises?
A: The tickets are sent only by email, in PDF format, they cannot be raised in the standard format.
Q: What can I do if I haven't received the ticket?
A: If you have received the payment confirmation but you have not received the ticket, please send us an email to [email protected] with the order number.
Q: I tried to pay using the bank card but I failed. My order appears "pending". How do I proceed?
A: If the status of an order is pending, it means that in-town.ro is waiting for confirmation from the payment processor.
If you left the payment processor page (euplatesc.ro) without completing the order, you can resume the payment from My Account/Orders.
Q: What can I do if my ticket is stolen/lost?
A: If the buyer can be identified we can resend the ticket. If the buyer cannot be identified the ticket reissue is not possible.
Q: Can I give up purchased tickets?
A: Except for Risk free tickets, the tickets purchased through in-town.ro platform will not be cancelled and the money will not be returned, the purchase o
f tickets to shows being exempted from the application of the right of withdrawal regulated by GEO 34/2014 , in accordance with
art. 16 lit. l) of this normative act.
Q: I purchased a Risk Free ticket. How can I return it?
A: The request of canceling Risk free tickets and refund must be made at least 14 days before the start of the event, by email to [email protected]town.ro.
Important: The Risk Free option covers only the value of the tickets, not the eventual fees (administrative, processing, etc.) that were paid when placing an
order. Therefore, only the value of the tickets is refunded, not the risk free fee or other fees related to the payment.
Q: How can I get an invoice?
A: Send us an email to [email protected] containing the order number and the identification data of the legal entity.
Important: The invoice is not issued by in-town.ro, but by the organizer of the event on whose behalf we sell tickets. Receiving the bill can take a few days.
